When I think back to trying to nurse Danika in public or when other people were at our house my memories are not good. In fact I don't know why I didn't just leave the room at our house or when visiting someone else's house. I remember struggling to cover Danika with a blanket (which she hated), cover my belly, sides and back and try to get her to latch on and nurse correctly...What a mess it was! In fact all I ever wore the whole time I was nursing were nursing tank tops so that I didn't have to try and cover my belly. While it worked great to cover my belly it severely limited my wardrobe. What is a Feeder Frock? Well it is a wonderful nursing cover that is not your run of the mill nursing covers. It covers your front AND your back! I was interested to see how easy it would be to use and to my relief it is a breeze! You simply slip it over your head and there are two panels that cover you, one in front and one in back.

I love that it also allows for air circulation between the two panels. Another awesome feature is the One of a Kind Functioning Neckline, which bends and shapes as you need. If you feel exposed you can flatten it and if you need to view your baby you can shape it however you like. The unique material holds the shape of whatever way you like it.

And as you can see from the pictures, if it wasn't enough that the Feeder Frock is exceptionally functional it is also beautiful! They offer such gorgeous fabrics and designs. I reviewed the Bonjour Jolie Bloom (pictured at the very top) and it has such a luxurious feel to it. The fabric is absolutely amazing. The Feeder Frock makes you feel beautiful and elegant while nursing instead of feeling awkward and exposed.

I love that with the Feeder Frock you are able to nurse wherever you are, whether there is a wall or chair behind you or not. You can literally walk around and nurse and stay completely covered.
The Feeder Frock is available in several different versions explained below:

The "Original" is the first and basic version of our design. It still has the detail of gathered edges, for a ruffled effect on the front panel. We found there's something about the weight of that gathered edge that gives the design balance, and throws over the arm better.

The "Couture" version is still the basic design, but we've added extra embellishments like front layered ruffles, or paneled side ruffles, or pleated detailing. We also have fabrics paired together, with a print running the empire line and cotton paired below.

The "Light and Luxe" line, which is the most detailed due to the chiffon-like fabric. We have such a demand in AZ with our heat for lightweight fabric, we decided to try an ultra thin chiffon/polyester, that has to be layered and doubled up to cover a Mom properly.
