I am a huge fan of Baby Signs. We use baby sign language with Danika and it has helped so much to reduce both her and our frustration in trying to communicate. I love that she has a way to convey her words for things that she cannot yet say. This kit really has everything in it that you need to get started with teaching your baby to sign. I love the parent guides it includes and the flip guide is really handy when you are trying to learn new signs or have someone that isn't familiar with all the signs.

Danika loved the board books and it is so cute because she is so proud of herself when she learns new signs. She loves to read the books and show the signs because she gets to show off that she learned them. She also loves the DVD and it is a great visual way for her to learn the signs. I find that learning by seeing is easier and then reinforce it with the books.

Danika would love to get her hands on this More Sign and Play Kit! BeeBo the bear is kind of their mascot so to speak. He is also available in a larger version that you can slip your own hands in and do the signs for your child. How cute is that?!

When your child gets older I would definitely recommend using the Potty Training Kit. We purchased this to train Danika and we love it. At 18 months old she is learning to use the potty. She knows the signs for potty, all done, more, good job and wash. These come in so handy for communicating her potty training needs. The parent guide is also a great resource. I was so excited to learn that it is ideal to train your child before age 2! Danika has been doing great with it and I will keep you posted on her progress.
