Glow Baby is a company that was started by a mom who saw a need for busy parents to have a way to keep track of their newborn's needs. As a mother of two young daughters she came to appreciate the difficulties of caring for a toddler while at the same time making sure the needs of her newborn were met. With my baby's due date approaching I can definitely relate to the worries of meeting both of my children's needs.

I was able to review the Glow Baby "Baby's First Journal" in blue. They are available in blue, pink and green. I love that it includes a growth log where you can list the baby's age, ht, wt and head circumference as well as the date. Even with just one child I am not the best at immediately filling out Danika's growth details in her baby book and this would be a great quick way to keep track of it and reference when filling in the baby book.

The rest of the journal includes mainly the above page as well as a contact page. I like that it lists the date at the top and includes Breastfeeding, Bottle Feeding, Diaper, and Sleep. You have one page to keep track of all of your baby's essential activities. No more guessing if your baby has had enough wet diapers or which side you nursed from last. I remember trying to remember how many times Danika had nursed in the day and it is hard to recall. With this journal it is easy to see how your baby is doing. I also like that they offer options for both breastfeeding and bottle feeding so it works for all moms.

There is also a check box for Daily Vitamin and Bath. Yet again another easy way to keep track of what you've done for the day and when the last time your baby had a bath was! There is also a spot at the bottom of the page for notes. I love that you can note milestones here to add in the baby book later. You can also write anything that isn't included in the page such as questions for the doctor or comments about the day.
