The Perfect Gift For Any Hot Beverage Drinker! Brugo Review & Giveaway!

I will be the first to admit that when asked to review the Brugo I was skeptical of whether or not it would do what it said it would. They claimed that the Brugo you would be able to immediately enjoy your hot beverage because it cools each sip. Now I don't drink coffee, but I do enjoy cappuccino, hot chocolate and hot cider. When I go to the gas station and buy cappuccino I typically wait about 30 minutes before it is cool enough for me to drink. By that time it cools quickly and I have to drink it fairly fast for it to remain in the perfect temperature zone.

I was very interested to try out the Brugo and see if it could really do what it claimed to do. I was pleasantly and excitedly surprised to find it does! I can't tell you how it works so well but it does. What you do is fill up the cup with your hot beverage and screw on the lid.

Once you have done this you can select with the dial on the top whether you want to Lock, Sip or Tip & Cool. By selecting Lock it creates a great spill proof travel cup for transporting liquids. By choosing Sip you can sip the beverage straight from the cup without each sip being cooled (perfect for when your beverage reaches the right temp). By selecting Tip & Cool you are able to tip the cup forward before you take each sip and it will cool that sip to the perfect temperature. Crazy huh? I couldn't believe it worked. By tipping it forward you are filling the separate cooling chamber and it really is instantly cooled to the right temp. You can tip it and swish it for bigger sips too.

The Brugo also comes in tons of fun colors, perfect for everyone on your list! My husband does drink coffee and was also excited to try it out (in fact he stole it from me to try first). He was very impressed that he literally could fill it with steaming hot coffee and tip and sip and not burn his tongue. Another benefit for coffee drinkers is that the flavor stays at its best instead of becoming cold and bitter while you wait for it to cool. So all in all we are HUGE fans of the Brugo!
This would be a great Christmas gift for any coffee, tea or hot beverage drinker. Also great for truckers or anyone traveling on the road a lot that doesn't want to spill their beverage on themselves. I also like the large 16 oz capacity and double wall insulation. It really keeps your beverage hot for a long time as well.
