At Nap26 I learned that when you're not getting enough sleep, it can degrade all aspects of who you are -- affect your judgment and decision making. It can reduce your reaction time, your memory, your communication skills.This is so true. I can always tell when I am not getting enough sleep. It's just so hard to find the time to take a nap some days.
