As many of you know my baby Aiden has pretty bad acid reflux. He is taking Zantac for it and it seems to help, but he likes to be upright after eating and pretty much all of the time. When babies with acid reflux lay flat the acid comes back up their throat and burns and causes pain. It was a Godsend when I was contacted to review the new Fisher Price Newborn Rock ‘n Play Sleeper.
It is the only infant seat that meets industry safety standards for bassinets. This means that you finally have a way to safely allow your baby to sleep with their head elevated. I’ve heard many stories of moms having their babies sleep in their car seats despite knowing it is unsafe just because they felt they had no other solution. The new Fisher Price Rock ‘n Play solves this problem.
When it arrived on my doorstep I was excited to immediately put it together. The instructions said you may need two adults to assemble it, but I was able to easily put it together myself in less than 10 minutes. Mr. Aiden was screaming the whole time and when I put him in it he quit!
Aiden is a big fan of his new Rock ‘n Play Sleeper! I just love how snuggled in he is 
The Rock ‘n Play is perfect for both daytime and nighttime use. Aiden sleeps in it next to my bed at night and I like that I can gently rock him to soothe him. During the day we use it as well. He loves to be moving and its perfect to place next to the couch and rock it while we are watching tv or having family time.

My son had awful reflux too. I wish I would have known about this at the time. We had to hold him upright for about 30 minutes after he would eat or it would all come back up. We even had his crib mattress at an angle. I will keep this in mind for next time around because it seems to run in my husband's family. Thanks for the review!
i wish i had known about babys sleeping upright when they had gas or reflux when my daughter was little. she was colic and im now convinced that if she had slept upright during the first few months of her life it would of been so much easier on my husband and me.
i will deffinetly be getting this lil gem when we are expecting our second child.

I wish a product like this was available 3 yrs ago. My son had a severe case of reflux. I would have loved to have had this!
I just received the catalog with this product in the mail yesterday and was showing it to my husband. I love that it meets sleep standards, as it's so disappointing that most bassinets do not.
I am so glad I read this! My son will not sleep in his crib or bassinet so, we have resorted to keeping him in his carseat. update on our new rock n play- my baby absolutely loves it! As soon as we put him in it, he passes out. In fact- he woke up at 7am this morning for a feeding, went back to sleep and when he still wasn't up at 9:30am i went in his room only to find him laying in his rock n' play, wide away, happy as a clam just looking around. lol! the little stinker didn't want to get out of bed!! I am so happy I read about this.
