The Village Company Baby Elmo & Bath Playables Review & Giveaway With 2 Winners!!!

I am very excited to share this review of The Village Company products with you. And why am I so excited? Because they are a Minnesota based company! Of course since I am from Minnesota I love to feature MN companies. They have been around for over 30 years and are also the makers of Mr. Bubble products which I remember using as a kid myself. They have a pretty good reputation going for them as they produce the #1 selling bubble bath, adult bath products, licensed bath products and aromatherapy bath products. They offer a full line of products for everyone in the family, from baby to mama!

They have a brand new line of products out for baby in their Sesame Street line of products called Baby Elmo. We received the Baby Elmo products for review and I just love the soft pear scent. They smell so good and not like any other baby products I've used. I use these products on both Aiden and Danika. These products just hit the shelves in Babies R Us and Toys R Us in January so they are brand spanking new.

We loved the baby bath which makes bubbles in the water. The Baby Wash and Shampoo also worked wonderfully and smelled great. The baby lotion comes in a great pump dispensing bottle which is wonderful when you are trying to lotion up a squirmy baby. We really like all of the Baby Elmo products and they would make great gifts too.

Every time we are at Target and go down the baby bath products isle it is inevitable that Danika will be begging for Elmo. She sees the Elmo bath playables on the shelf and shrieks with excitement and begs to have them. Well lucky for her she got to review them! We received the Finger Paint Fun Soap, Cherry Foam Soap and Fizzy Tub Colors. After receiving these she wanted to take a bath all day every day haha. We settled on once a night :) She loves all of the products and will sit in the tub until she is a popsicle to avoid having to get out! We start off by letting her pick a color from the Fizzy Tub Colors and toss it in the tub while it fills up with water. Then the water "magically" changes color and Danika thinks it is so cool. Once she is in the tub we use the Finger Paint Fun Soap to draw shapes on the wall of the tub and on Danika's arms. It is a great way to teach colors and shapes too. Then we pull out some of Danika's tub toys and she wants to put foam "hats" on her rubber duckies and herself. She constantly is asking for more foam soap. All of the playables smell great too! I think they smell like red licorice but that's just me :)

The Elmo playables would make great surprises for any kiddo and would be excellent gifts. They are also a great way to entice your kiddo to take a bath. Danika is constantly wanting to take a bath now! I would highly recommend the Elmo playables to everyone.


You can buy the Elmo Playables at Target, Wal Mart, Kmart and Toys R Us. They are affordable and fun! Remember to keep an eye out at Babies R Us and Toys R Us for the Baby Elmo products too!
