I was recently contacted by Little Wonder Company to do a review. I was thrilled to find out the company is a mom started, Minnesota based company! Two of my favorite things in one company 
Leslie, the founder and President of the company was inspired by her own children to start this wonderful book company.
Here is what she had to tell me about the company. We create customized children’s books where the child is actually illustrated into his or her own book based on choices that the customer makes online. The end product is a personalized storybook adventure where the child is the star in both name and illustration. Our books are unique, fun, high quality and make terrific gifts.
I have to say this is the best personalized book I have ever reviewed. I absolutely love it. Not only is your child’s name incorporated into the story, but they are also the star of the book as well. You can completely customize the character to have the same characteristics as your child. I choose the same skin tone, features and hair color and style as Danika has. The end product is an adorable story with your child as the star! What child wouldn’t love that?When our book arrived Danika sat down with her Dad and they read the book together. She thought it was so cool that she was the superhero and loved hearing her name in the story. It is such a high quality book too. The books are hardcover and full color. They are bright and the illustrations are beautiful. I was very impressed with the quality of it.
The books are geared toward children ages 3-8, but Danika loved it and she is just about 2 years old. They will also be launching a set of books for younger ages this year.
These books would make an ideal gift for any child in your life. With Easter coming up these would be a great addition to an Easter basket! They also would make a great Birthday gift. What a cool idea. I was playing around with the girl character and definitely could see my little girl. I was able to pick out the skin tone, eyes, shape of face, and hair. I would love to get one of these.

I like that you can charactize your character to the same characteristics as the child. Most of these kind of books incorporate the name in but not the childs personality traits
