In honor of Banana Boat’s 101 Days of Summer Play campaign we had the opportunity to host a party. Banana Boat is on a mission to get kids active and outdoors. With many kids spending 7.5 hours per day glued to their electronics, Banana Boat wants to inspire parents and their children to get back to the basics of outdoor fun and play! I couldn’t agree more!
When our guests arrived to our party they were met with a table of sunscreen and goodie bags! (fun right?!) We encouraged all of the adults and their kids to get lathered up with sunscreen so we could head outdoors and enjoy the sun!
The kids loved playing outside and as you can see they got plenty dirty while playing too! We had a huge spread of food for everyone to enjoy and it was such a fun time!
The watermelon was delicious and a big hit with the kids!
Carson slept away during part of our party. I was thrilled to find that the Banana Boat Baby Sunscreen didn’t cause him to break out in a rash at all. I’ve tried several brands of sunscreen on him lately and with every single one so far he has broken out in a rash. I’m thrilled the Banana Boat is working well for him. No sunburn on my baby!
Danika was enjoying picking flowers to transplant in our garden and learning all about pulling them up by the root from her Great Grandma.
It was such a gorgeous day and it was so nice to sit by the lake!
Carson woke up and decided to try his hand at a game of volleyball 
Everyone really enjoyed using the sunscreen and staying burn free!

We had a wide variety of people at our party from Moms to kids and Great Grandparents and everyone liked the Banana Boat sunscreen. The time outdoors was great! It’s always fun to entertain.

We had an absolutely fantastic time getting all of our friends outdoors and enjoying some time together. I can honestly say that my kids favorite place to be is outside. Living in the country has afforded us 10 wonderful acres for them to run around and play on. I don’t have to do any enticing to get them outside! What are your favorite things to do outside?
